We all know that vegetables are slimming wonders, but did you know that fruits can actually help you lose weight if eaten in moderation? When eating a fruit, avoid eating too many at once. Eating several small meals also keeps your stomach feeling full, so you will be less likely to snack throughout the day. If you find it hard to lose weight without eating sweets, try chewing on a carrot sticks instead.
